Hello! I’m Chef Taylor, born in Pennsylvania but have proudly called the beautiful Seattle area home for most of my life. Beyond the kitchen, I’m a proud parent to three amazing boys who inspire me every day to put love and care into everything I do.

My passion for cooking began at an early age. I still remember sneaking into the kitchen at just 10 years old to whip up cookie dough in the quiet of the night—an adventure that often ended with me savoring the dough before anyone else could. Those childhood moments sparked a lifelong love for creating delicious, memorable dishes.

Today, I’m thrilled to share my culinary craft through the services I offer: catering for special events, personalized meal prep for busy individuals, and unique, made-to-order dishes. I believe great food starts with quality ingredients and is brought to life with a touch of creativity and a whole lot of love.

I ordered the seafood gumbo and the shrimp and cheese grits from Chef Taylor...and hands down they were the best I've ever had. The seafood gumbo is a huge serving and the flavor is unreal. Highly recommend it. As far as the shrimp and grits, you could taste the cheese in the grits and the shrimp seasoned and cooked perfectly, again a great portion. Chef Taylor definitely goes above and beyond, even with her packaging. She gets a 5-star rating from me. Thank you Chef Taylor!
