Chef Taylor's Catering Service is a labor of love. All dishes are made with the utmost care and attention to detail.
I've had a passion for cooking ever since I was little. At age 10, I would sneak into the kitchen to make cookie dough while everyone slept (eating most of it before the sun rose).
Cooking is now a pastime I share with my family.
In 2016, my family suffered the tragic loss of my oldest son. To honor him, we added his favorite dish to the menu - "Jaseree's Poppin' Peppers". A portion of the proceeds from this dish support a local nonprofit that assists families who have lost children, providing families with funerals, cremation, and even counseling services.

I ordered the seafood gumbo and the shrimp and cheese grits from Chef Taylor...and hands down they were the best I've ever had. The seafood gumbo is a huge serving and the flavor is unreal. Highly recommend it. As far as the shrimp and grits, you could taste the cheese in the grits and the shrimp seasoned and cooked perfectly, again a great portion. Chef Taylor definitely goes above and beyond, even with her packaging. She gets a 5-star rating from me. Thank you Chef Taylor!
